L’Américain Joey Cheek, médaillé d’or de patinage de vitesse en 2006 et militant de la cause du Darfour, au Soudan, a eu son visa pour la Chine révoqué par les autorités, a indiqué mercredi un porte-parole de l’organisation Dream for Darfour (Un rêve pour le Darfour).

“Son visa a été brusquement révoqué“, a indiqué à l’AFP Jonathan Freedman.

“C’est très choquant. C’est une chose que de se voir refuser un visa, c’en est une autre de le voir révoqué“, a-t-il ajouté.
